The Grape
Growing Sauvignon Blanc grapes requires patience and perfect conditions. After considerable soil testing and climate analysis, we knew where these grapes would grow to perfection on the estate to produce that wonderful herbaceous nature people love. Combine with the rich soils of the Rotorua region and you get a unique, stunning wine that is full of everything you need in a Sauvignon Blanc. Enjoy!

The Wine
Grown on site with zesty fruit flavours as well as crispy green apple and a hint of passion fruit this outstanding wine will serve you well for that special lunch, or to celebrate that beautiful snapper caught last night at the bach.
TIP:
Try it with a piece of fresh caught grilled NZ Salmon with asparagus salad.

Food Pairing
Pairs well with herb or citrus type sauces, with chicken, fish or shellfish. Also goes well with green vegetables such as asparagus, broccoli, cucumber, and herbs such as basil, coriander, and fresh mint. A family favourite is grilled Salmon and asparagus! It tastes like a Summer Holiday.
