Mokoia Pinot Gris 2021
The Story
We found the perfect area of the vineyard with a unique micro-climate, the right soil, and the right position to produce the unique and sought after Pinot Gris. This wine is exciting, has great ambition and is best described as Provocative, Moreish, with Excellent Acidity.
The Grape.
We waited for the perfect ripeness and fruit concentration before the grapes were handpicked in the cool of the morning, further cooled overnight, and then pressed the next day to produce this outstanding Pinot Gris.
The Wine
We are so proud of our lighter-bodied, crisp, clean, and vibrant wine with citrus flavours and lifted floral aromas and we know you are going to love it.
Incredible feedback from our clients and one of our favourites.
"The outcome of tasting the Pinot Gris was excellent! It’s very smooth, and fruity. Loved it! " Lesley M

Food Pairing
It pairs well with dishes such as salads, seafood, light pasta dishes and risottos. Our favourite is with Gruyere Cheese where the sweet, salty styled cheese fits perfectly with the infamous Mokoia Pinot Gris.
2021 vintage stock is now very limited.
